What foods should avoid with corn allergy?

You should go to the Doctors, you could be a Coeliac, which means you could be allergic to gluten, rye, wheat, barley, and oats, your Doctor will refer you to the Hospital

You will need to have a blood test and have a small biopsy taken from your intestines (you are asleep), and see a Dietician who will help you on all the foods you can eat, Did you have this test done at your doctor's, because if you didn't, sometimes they can be wrong, Being a coeliac is very difficult, you have to read all the labels when food shopping

If I were you I would eat home cooked food, fish, chicken, meat, and vegetables, be careful with gravy, look out for, Bisto best gravy granules, they are gluten free, beef, chicken, onion, pork & vegetable, they all start with roast, Heinz produce are mostly gluten free,Go to your Doctors A.S.A.P.
